TERMS OF USE
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
Welcome to Web Logix Group LLC (“Web Logix Group,” “WLG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Web Logix Group websites, digital properties, software, applications, platforms, dashboards, artificial intelligence systems, analytics tools, DOMINANCE technology, content, communications, and other online services made available by Web Logix Group (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. About Web Logix Group
Web Logix Group LLC provides technology, digital transformation, software development, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, digital marketing, market intelligence, consulting, commercialization, business-growth, and related services.
Certain products and services may include proprietary WLG technology, including the DOMINANCE platform and related market-intelligence, analytics, automation, predictive, optimization, and artificial-intelligence technologies.
Specific client engagements may be governed by separate proposals, statements of work, master service agreements, licensing agreements, business associate agreements, data processing agreements, or other contracts. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable written agreement will control with respect to that engagement.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
If you access the Services on behalf of a company, healthcare organization, government entity, nonprofit, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the Services to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; introduce malicious code; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities; or use WLG technology for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, exploitation, or other prohibited activities.
4. Accounts and Security
Certain Services may require an account, login credentials, API credentials, or other authentication mechanisms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must promptly notify WLG if you become aware of unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or another security incident affecting your use of the Services.
5. DOMINANCE and Proprietary Technology
DOMINANCE and related WLG technologies may combine information from multiple sources, including public information, licensed third-party data, client-authorized data, search and advertising platforms, APIs, analytics systems, proprietary datasets, artificial-intelligence systems, predictive models, and other technology.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement, Web Logix Group retains all rights, title, and interest in its underlying technology, methodologies, software, algorithms, models, architectures, workflows, dashboards, interfaces, systems, processes, know-how, documentation, improvements, and intellectual property.
Access to DOMINANCE does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform or WLG intellectual property.
Users may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, reproduce, resell, sublicense, circumvent, extract, replicate, or attempt to derive the underlying source code, algorithms, models, methodologies, data structures, or proprietary functionality of DOMINANCE or other WLG technology except where expressly authorized in writing or where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
Certain WLG Services may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization technologies, automated decision-support systems, and third-party AI services.
AI-generated and algorithmically generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unexpected results.
Outputs should therefore be treated as decision-support information rather than guaranteed facts or outcomes unless independently verified.
Where appropriate, users are responsible for applying qualified human review before relying upon AI-generated information for material business, healthcare, financial, legal, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions.
WLG does not warrant that an AI model, prediction, recommendation, forecast, classification, optimization, or generated output will be accurate or suitable for every circumstance.
7. Healthcare Information
WLG provides technology and business services to healthcare and behavioral-health organizations, among other industries.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, WLG is not a healthcare provider and the Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Technology that assists with patient engagement, healthcare navigation, market intelligence, scheduling, provider discovery, analytics, or clinical workflows should not independently be relied upon to make clinical decisions unless specifically designed, validated, authorized, and implemented for that purpose.
If protected health information or other regulated healthcare information is involved, the parties may be required to execute additional agreements, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.
8. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is also governed by the WLG Privacy Policy.
Depending upon the Services used, information may be processed through WLG systems and authorized third-party infrastructure providers, cloud platforms, APIs, analytics providers, artificial-intelligence services, advertising platforms, or other service providers.
Client-owned confidential or proprietary information remains subject to the applicable contractual agreement between WLG and the client.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authorization, consent, and lawful basis to provide data to WLG or connect third-party data sources to the Services.
9. Third-Party Data and Services
WLG Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party products, APIs, databases, platforms, software, cloud infrastructure, search engines, advertising systems, social networks, data providers, healthcare databases, or other external services.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and restrictions.
WLG does not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability, completeness, accuracy, or future operation of third-party services.
Third-party providers may modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or change pricing for their services without WLG's control.
10. Market Intelligence and Analytics
Market intelligence, competitive intelligence, search information, forecasts, audience estimates, demand estimates, advertising intelligence, geographic analysis, financial projections, and similar information supplied through WLG Services may be based on estimates, statistical models, third-party information, historical observations, or incomplete datasets.
Such information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance.
11. Marketing and Business Results
WLG may provide SEO, AEO, GEO, paid advertising, digital marketing, lead generation, commercialization, conversion optimization, business-development, market expansion, and related services.
Although WLG may establish performance objectives and use data-driven strategies, no specific ranking, traffic level, number of leads, admissions, customers, sales, revenue, profitability, market share, or return on investment is guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, marketplaces, AI platforms, competitors, market conditions, consumer behavior, and other external factors can affect performance.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services and their underlying content and technology are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Except for client-owned materials and third-party materials, WLG owns or licenses the intellectual property contained within its websites and Services.
The Web Logix Group, WLG, DOMINANCE, associated branding, designs, technology, software, methodologies, documentation, and related materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.
13. Client Materials
When you provide content, data, trademarks, logos, images, software, databases, credentials, documentation, or other materials to WLG, you represent that you possess the rights and permissions necessary for WLG to use those materials in providing the Services.
You grant WLG the limited rights reasonably necessary to process and use those materials to perform the requested Services, subject to applicable contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
14. Confidentiality
Information specifically designated confidential or which reasonably should be understood to be confidential should be handled according to applicable contractual confidentiality obligations.
More detailed confidentiality requirements may be established through NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, data-processing agreements, or other written agreements.
15. Cybersecurity
WLG may implement commercially reasonable security measures appropriate to particular Services.
However, no internet-connected system, software platform, cloud environment, cybersecurity system, or electronic communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls over their own devices, accounts, credentials, networks, systems, personnel, and connected services.
16. Fees and Paid Services
Certain WLG Services require payment.
Fees, billing schedules, usage allowances, subscriptions, implementation costs, third-party technology expenses, advertising expenditures, data expenses, cloud consumption, API usage, and other commercial terms may be established through separate agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party usage charges and expenditures incurred on behalf of a client may be billed separately.
17. Subscription and Platform Changes
WLG may modify, enhance, replace, discontinue, or introduce functionality within its Services as technologies, data sources, laws, market conditions, third-party platforms, and business requirements evolve.
WLG may also impose reasonable usage limitations to maintain security, reliability, performance, and fair access.
18. Prohibited Competitive Exploitation
You may not access WLG Services for the primary purpose of developing, training, benchmarking, replicating, or improving a directly competing product or service using WLG proprietary information, except with WLG's prior written authorization.
You may not systematically extract WLG proprietary datasets, outputs, workflows, or platform functionality to create a substitute for WLG's Services.
19. Availability
WLG endeavors to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, cybersecurity events, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, governmental actions, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond WLG's reasonable control.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WLG DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEB LOGIX GROUP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES.
Any additional limitations applicable to paid client engagements may be established in the applicable service agreement.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Logix Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person's rights.
23. Suspension and Termination
WLG may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, nonpayment, suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, abuse of the Services, or material risk to WLG, its clients, users, technology, or third parties.
Contractual termination rights for paid engagements are governed by the applicable agreement.
24. Changes to These Terms
WLG may update these Terms periodically.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services following an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Material changes affecting existing contractual clients may also be governed by their applicable agreements.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Any jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, mediation, or other dispute-resolution requirements applicable to a particular client relationship may be established in the applicable written agreement.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement between you and WLG, constitute the applicable agreement regarding your use of the Services.
